“Force in Reserve” : A New Perspective on Law Enforcement

The current US model for law enforcement is “escalating force.” Backed by a plethora of research, years of experience in the field as a patrolman/deputy, and multiple variables of analysis, this manuscript attempts to shed light on a different, more effective form of law enforcement.
